1. Booking & Payments
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your safari departure date.
2. Cancellations
- More than 60 days before safari: Full refund (minus bank fees)
- 30–59 days before safari: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
3. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
4. What’s Included
- Safari packages include:
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Ground transport
- Park entry fees
- Professional guide
- Optional excursions or personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated.
5. Liability
Clustered Africa Safaris is not liable for delays, loss, injury, or any unforeseen circumstances caused by natural events, third-party services, or acts beyond our control.
6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or availability, while ensuring the best possible experience.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. Any failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
